4.4 Layering Data

One of TUFLOW’s most powerful features is the ability to layer and prioritise data layers of the same data type. This means that TUFLOW constructs the model from the data layers with no need to copy or duplicate input data for the thousands of simulations that may ensue. Data layering has considerable benefits in terms of quality control and workflow efficiencies. Section 4.1.8 further details data layering.
