ERROR 13017 - Restart file incompatible with number of particle groups

Description

The number of particle groups stored in the restart file does not match the number configured in the current run. The restart file cannot be used to initialise particle positions.

Suggestions

Ensure the number of particle groups defined in the particle tracking control file matches the run that produced the restart file. If the configuration has changed, a new restart file must be generated.
