ERROR 13009 - Horizontal dispersion model parameters have not been properly defined.

Description

A horizontal dispersion model has been selected for a particle group but its required parameters have not been fully specified.

Suggestions

Add the Horizontal Dispersion Parameters == command to the particle group definition in the particle tracking control file with the correct number of parameter values for the selected horizontal dispersion model.
