Description

One or more particles were seeded at locations outside the model domain during initialisation. Those particles have been excluded and the simulation will continue.

Suggestions

Review the seed particle coordinates in the PTM control file (set within a Seed Particles == block). Check that the seed locations fall within the mesh extent and that the coordinate system matches the model projection.
