ERROR 11002 - Maximum allowable bed thickness limit (100.0 m) is exceeded at cell <2d_cell_id>

Description

The total initial bed thickness at the reported cell exceeds the hard limit of 100 m. This is calculated from the initial sediment mass and dry bulk density specified for each bed layer. Layer thickness is derived as mass divided by dry bulk density for each sediment fraction, summed across all fractions and layers.

Suggestions

Review the Initial Mass == and Dry Density == values in the bed layer definition for the reported cell’s material. Check that the values are physically reasonable and that no data entry errors have been made in the sediment transport control file or initial condition inputs.
