Description
The number of conserved variables stored in the restart file does not match the current model configuration. This can occur if the model was modified between runs, for example by enabling or disabling scalar transport modules such as salinity, temperature, sediment, tracers or water quality consituents. Variables that exist in both configurations will be initialised from the restart file. The simulation will continue.
Suggestions
Check that the scalar transport configuration of the current run matches the run that produced the restart file. If the mismatch is intentional, this warning can be ignored. Note that any conserved variables not present in the restart file will be initialised to default values.
For safety it is recommended to regenerate the restart file from the parent simualation using the same conserved variable configuration. This avoids unexpected model initialisation issues.
