ERROR 10341 - TARGET_DEFICIT column must be monotonically increasing

Description

The Target_Deficit column in the csv specified by the Control File == command is not monotonically increasing. This column must be sorted in ascending order for the rule lookup to work correctly.

Suggestions

Review the control file csv Target_Deficit column for duplicate entries or non-ascending order and rerun the model. This file format is only used for Control == Target_Rule so check that the correct control file is being used, or change the control type.
