Description

The Sample Point == command coordinates specified for the structure control block do not fall within any cell in the model domain.

Suggestions

Check the coordinates specified using Sample Point == and ensure they are within the active model mesh. Verify the coordinate system matches the model (geographic in decimal degress vs projected units in either meters or feet).
