ERROR 10332 - SAMPLE_VALUE column must be monotonically increasing

Description

The Sample_Value column in the csv specified by the Control File == command is not monotonically increasing. This column must be sorted in ascending order for the rule lookup to work correctly.

Review the control file csv Sample_Value column for duplicate entries or non-ascending order and reun the model
