ERROR 10298 - Require at least <min_required_scenarios> scenarios to be specified to fill <scenario_wildcard> placeholders in FVC name

Description

The control file name contains a scenario or event placeholder with a number higher than the number of values provided. For example, if the name contains ~s3~ but only two scenario values have been specified, this error is raised.

Suggestions

Provide the required number of scenario or event values, or update the control file name so that no placeholder references a position beyond the number of values supplied.
