ERROR 10294 - Missing a “~” after scenario placeholder in FVC name

Description

A scenario placeholder in the control file name is malformed. A closing ~ is missing. Scenario placeholders must follow the format ~s1~, ~s2~, etc. with both an opening and closing ~.

Suggestions

Check the control file name for scenario placeholders and ensure each one has a matching closing ~.
