Description
A variable expected in the transport netCDF file was not found. This can occur when the current simulation includes hydrodynamic conditions that were not present in the simulation that generated the transport file, meaning the required variables were never written to it.
Suggestions
Ensure the simulation reading the transport file does not include any hydrodynamic conditions that were not present in the simulation that generated the transport file. If any hydrodynamic conditions or changes to horizontal and vertical turbulence and scalar mixing were added to the simulation after the transport file was generated, a new transport file must be generated that includes all hydrodynamic conditions.
