Description
Initial Condition OGCM is being applied but no OBC_GRID boundary condition is found in the model. An OBC_GRID boundary condition must be defined when using OGCM initial conditions.
Suggestions
Add an OBC_GRID boundary condition to the model, or remove or comment out the OGCM initial condition if OGCM forcing is not intended.
