ERROR 10248 - Error echoing spatial output log file

Description

Raised when writing to the spatial output log file (_geo_out.csv) fails. This file records the mapping between output points and their corresponding mesh cell locations and is written to the log directory.

Suggestions

Check that sufficient disk space is available in the log directory and that the directory remains writable during the simulation.
