ERROR 10239 - Could not make Log directory: <log_directory>

Description

Raised when TUFLOW FV attempts to create the log directory (specified via Log Dir ==) and the creation fails. The directory path is reported in the message.

Suggestions

Check that the parent directory of the specified log path exists and is writable. On Linux, ensure the user running the simulation has write permission to the parent directory.
