ERROR 10221 - error writing cfl information <cfl_file_name>

Description

Raised when writing the CFL statistics csv file fails. CFL statistics output is enabled via Output CFL Stats == 1 and writes cell face timestep constraint data to a csv file in the log directory.

Suggestions

Check that sufficient disk space is available in the log directory and that the directory remains writable during the simulation. Make sure the file is not open in another application capablle of locking the file.
