ERROR 10219 - error reading file

Description

Raised when an input file cannot be read. This occurs when the file is empty or when a low-level I/O error prevents the first line from being read successfully.

Suggestions

Check that the file is not empty and has not been truncated. Verify that the file can be opened normally outside of TUFLOW FV. If the file appears intact, check that the storage location is accessible and the file system is healthy.
