Description

Raised when the log file cannot be opened for writing at the start of the simulation. The log file name is reported in the message.

Suggestions

Check that the log directory exists and is writable. If Log Dir == has been specified, verify the path is correct. On Linux, ensure the user running the simulation has write permission to the log directory.
