Description
Raised when writing data to an XMDF output file fails during the simulation.
Suggestions
Check that sufficient disk space is available in the output directory and that the directory remains writable during the simulation.
If HDF5 file locking is disabled this error can occur when another process is accessing the same XMDF file. Ensure that no other processes are accessing the XMDF file during the simulation unless they also have HDF5 file locking disabled.
