ERROR 10211 - Restart file time validation error

Description

The timestamp recorded in the restart file is earlier than the simulation start time (as set via Start Time ==). This is not permitted.

Suggestions

Check that the correct restart file is specified in the control file. Alternatively set Use Restart File Time == 0 in the control file to skip the time validation and continue from the simulation start time rather than the restart file time.
