ERROR 10155 - ZLine Point not snapped to start of line

Description

The first vertex of the ZLine breakline has no elevation point snapped to it. When elevation points are used with a breakline the first and last vertices of the line must each have an elevation point snapped to them.

Suggestions

Add an elevation point snapped to the first vertex of the ZLine. The GIS messages output file shows the location of the unsnapped start vertex.
