ERROR 10153 - Z column must be monotonically decreasing

Description

When reading the layer face elevation file for a z-coordinate 3D model, the Z column values must be listed in monotonically decreasing order from the highest elevation to the lowest. This error is raised when that ordering condition is not met.

Suggestions

Check the layer face file specified by Layer Face File == and ensure the Z column values decrease from top to bottom with no repeated values or values that increase between rows.
