ERROR 10150 - Surface layer (SIGMA=1.0) should not be explicitly specified in layer file

Description

The csv file specified by Layer Face File == contains a sigma value of 1.0, which corresponds to the surface layer. TUFLOW FV adds the surface layer (SIGMA=1) automatically and it must not be included in the layer file. This check applies when Vertical Mesh Type == SIGMA.

Suggestions

Remove the SIGMA=1.0 entry from the layer file. Only interior sigma layer boundaries between 0 and 1 (exclusive) should be specified.
