ERROR 10133 - Inactive material block specification, ID <material_id> is not supported with external material layers.

Description

A material ID block specified with Inactive == matches a material ID found in a 2d_mat GIS material layer. Deactivating specific material IDs is not supported when materials are assigned from an external GIS layer.

Suggestions

Remove the Inactive == entry for the reported material ID, or assign the material ID directly to the model mesh during mesh generation.
