ERROR 10115 - Bed layer (SIGMA=0.0) should not be explicitly specified in layer file

Description

The file referenced by the Layer Face File command contains a sigma value of 0.0, which corresponds to the bed layer. TUFLOW FV adds the bed layer (SIGMA=0) automatically and it must not be included in the layer file.

Suggestions

Remove the SIGMA=0.0 entry from the Layer Face File. Only interior sigma layer boundaries between 0 and 1 (exclusive) should be specified.
