ERROR 10101 - Nodes <node_id> and <duplicate_node_id> are duplicates!

Description

Two mesh nodes are at the same or nearly identical coordinates resulting in a mesh face with zero length. This indicates a meshing error.

Suggestions

Open the mesh and remove or merge the duplicate nodes. The GIS messages output file shows the location of the duplicated nodes. Export the corrected mesh before running the simulation again.
