WARNING 10073 - “Ignore” == 1, Culvert data not processed, ID<culvert_id>

Description

This warning is raised when the Ignore column is set to 1 for culvert <culvert_id>. The culvert entry is skipped and has no effect on the simulation.

Suggestions

No action is required if the culvert is intentionally inactive. To activate the culvert, set the Ignore column to 0 in the culvert input file.
