ERROR 10071 - “Blockage” definition error (>100.0), ID<culvert_id>

Description

This error is raised during culvert initialisation when the blockage value for culvert <culvert_id> exceeds 100. Blockage must be a percentage in the range 0–100.

Suggestions

Check the blockage column in the culvert input file for culvert <culvert_id> and correct the value to a valid percentage.
