ERROR 10062 - Start time MUST be specified, even when using a restart file.

Description

The Start Time == command was not found in the main fvc file, or any include files or event files. TUFLOW FV requires an explicit start time in all simulations, including those that use a restart file. The command is required to place an initial bound for temporal extrapolation boundary data checks.

Suggestions

Add a Start Time == command to the model fvc file with the intended simulation start time.
