ERROR 10019 - Current timestep is not included in transport file.

Description

The transport file does not cover the full simulation period. This error is raised when the current simulation timestep falls before the start or after the end of the time series in the transport file. A 10 second tolerance is applied at each end before the error is raised.

Suggestions

Check that the transport file time series spans the full simulation period from start time to end time. Extend the file by regenerating the transport file for a longer period, or adjust the simulation start and end times to match the transport file time series.
