Description
A NaN (not-a-number) value was detected in the computed atmospheric heat flux at the 2D cell and vertical layer shown. This indicates a numerical issue in the heat transfer computation at that location.
Suggestions
Check the atmospheric boundary condition data (air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and radiation inputs) for unrealistic or missing values near the time the error occurs. NaN values in the heat flux typically indicate extreme or invalid input data being passed to the radiation or turbulent heat transfer calculations.
The cell location can be identified in the GIS messages output file.
