Description

The location specified for the boundary condition falls outside the model domain. The boundary condition will not be applied to any mesh cells.

Suggestions

Check the coordinates or GIS input used to locate the boundary condition and ensure they fall within the model mesh. If using a GIS SA point check the file projection and that the point overlaps the mesh.
